The Human Resources Department is in charge of:

• personnel administrative and financial management (paid on University budget or on State budget) i.e. teachers, professors, short-term contract teachers, administrative staff, research technicians and engineers, library personnel, temporary employees....;
• implementation of personnel policy in terms of skills and employment management;
• implementation of further training policy;
• organisation of research technicians and engineers’ competitive exams, recruitment of teachers and temporary teaching personnel;
• preparation and realisation of decisions made by the President and Administration Council;
• organisation of personnel commissions (establishment commission, Administration Council or restricted Scientific Council …);
• organisation of various personnel elections at national, academic or university level;
• implementation of social actions.
