Guichet Unique - Espace Reims Campus (or "the one-stop counter")

The one-stop counter is the primary point of contact between international degree studentsand all of the various university services surrounding student life. At the Guichet Unique you can find all the necessary information and services to accomplish the administrative procedures : residence permit, compulsory medical examination, jobs in France, accommodations and possible supports, student social security, stand-by and social services, bank and insurance information, etc.

Open between August 25th. and September 23rd. 2022, Guichet Unique - Espace Reims Campus - 31 rue Général Sarrail - REIMS

Opening Hours : 9:00 -12:00 & 13:30 - 16:30.

Welcome Days for exchange students

Monday 28 to Thursday 31 August, and every Thursday in September 2023

URCA organises welcome days for exchange students during which you can familiarise yourself with the campus and take part in a wide range of activities and cultural events such as a visit to a champagne cellar, a tour of Reims, a welcome ceremony and much more!
These welcome days are also an opportunity to make new friends from France and all over the world. The aim is to help you settle into our university and our region as quickly as possible.
