Created in 1990, the CUT, URCA remote Unit is set up in the renovated premises of Hôtel Dieu Le Comte (founded in the 12th century) as well as in a modern building housing 3 1,000-seat amphitheatres.

This relatively modest structure nonetheless provides about a dozen training courses (English, History, Law, Social and Economic Studies, Civil Service, Cultural Patrimony Expertise and Protection, General Administration Preparatory Training…) which are in constant development.
