Enrolment of students in doctoral schools
ENROLMENT IS DONE IN 2 STAGES:
Enrolment via the ADUM website and then enrolment at the university
WHY ENROL AT THE UNIVERSITY?
After enrolling in Doctoral schools through ADUM, the enrolment of doctoral students at the University is mandatory.
This double enrolment will allow you to get student status and access all the university services made available to its students.
You will also have an email account and access to the digital work environment (online resources, educational platform, etc.) and you will have access to the university network (wifi and remote connection).
You will be informed of all events related to student life.
Finally, when the time comes, the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne will issue you with your graduation diploma.
HOW?
STAGE 1
For students in initial training, payment of the Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC) to CROUS is a mandatory stage before you enrol at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne. It enables you to get a CVEC code that you will be asked for during your administrative enrolment.

2ND STAGE
All stages for your URCA enrolment must be completed between 27 August 2018 and 10 December 2018 in accordance with the schedule of administrative enrolments.
The online enrolment service for doctoral students will be closed from Friday 21 September at 12 p.m. to Thursday 27 September at 10 a.m. for maintenance.
Before you begin your enrolment, make sure you have the following information: INES, INE (or BEA) and your CVEC code.
1 / Complete your enrolment application carefully.

2 / Gather together all the required supporting documents.
3 / Make an appointment with your Doctoral School to submit the application, supporting documents and payment:

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS CERTIFICATE (CERTIFICAT DE SCOLARITÉ)
When academic affairs has approved all of your supporting documents, you can print your academic affairs certificate via your Virtual Office (Academic Affairs tab / My application / Enrolments) - [Bureau Virtuel (Scolarité / Mon dossier / Inscriptions)].
Before you start your enrolment, make sure you have your CVEC code.
1 / You will have to re-enrol online via your virtual office.

2 / Then proceed to your enrolment by completing or checking all required fields. Complete the enrolment carefully
No online changes will be possible.
3 / Pay online (via secure website).
4 / Submit your supporting documents on the submission platform (access authenticated by virtual office [Bureau Virtuel] ID and password).

N.B. Approval of supporting documents is not automatic. It might be quick or take longer. Please note the dates the establishment is closed.
ACADEMIC AFFAIRS CERTIFICATE (CERTIFICAT DE SCOLARITÉ)
When academic affairs has approved all of your supporting documents, you can print your academic affairs certificate via your Virtual Office (Academic Affairs tab / My application / Enrolments) - [Bureau Virtuel (Scolarité / Mon dossier / Inscriptions)].
You will then have to visit your Doctoral School's office with your student card to have the 2019-2020 sticker stuck in it.

TUITION FEES
The amount of tuition fees for students in Doctoral schools is set by the Minister of Higher Education and Research (at the start of July each year).
