The Welcome Desk is the first and main point of contact between international students and all the university services. At the Guichet Unique, you will find all the necessary information and services regarding residence permit, medical examination, jobs, accommodation and possible supports, bank, insurance information, student social security, etc.
The University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne organises a Welcome Week for exchange students to get to know the campuses and take part in a wide range of activities and cultural events (Champagne house tour, Reims guided tour, welcome ceremony, ...).
This Welcome Week is also an opportunity to make new friends from France and all over the world.
