You are not a holder or future holder of a French or European qualification,
And do you want to continue your studies or come and study at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne?

The procedures to follow to apply for admission vary according to where you live and the course you are considering.

Whatever year you want to study in, you must follow the online admission application procedure called "Etudes France" (Studies in France).

You have to go to the "Etudes en France" website, and then follow the instructions on there.

The admission application procedures to start the course you want to enrol on will differ depending on the year of study you want to join:

The preliminary admission application or DAP is a MANDATORY procedure which enables you to apply for pre-enrolment on 1st university cycle course (Licence 1 or PACES).

  • You will have to fill in a preliminary admission form called "Dossier blanc", which can be downloaded from this link, and submit it to the cultural department of the French Embassy in your country of residence.

N.B.: If you live in France, you must use another form (called "Dossier vert") with the same wording as the "Dossier blanc", but on its first page it says "section to be completed by the university" and not "section to be filled in by the embassy".

  • Download and complete the "Dossier vert" preliminary admission form via this link. This form must be returned to the university which corresponds to the first choice you have entered on the form.

The deadline for submitting forms to the Campus France area is 1 February 2019.

The admission application MUST be submitted on the national portal to start the first year of DUT:

  • You must apply on the national 'parcoursup' portal before 14 March 2019 at 6:00 p.m.

Applications for admission MUST be submitted on the national portal to start the first year of the following courses:

  • CUPGE (University Courses to Prepare for Grandes Ecoles)
  • Engineer and Engineering Courses
  • You must apply on the 'Parcoursup' national portal before 14 March 2019 at 6:00 p.m.

The admission application is made with a request for the comparable qualification you hold or studies you have done in your country.
