The University’s Internal Department is in charge of :

• physical and telephone reception of the Presidency,
• mail reception, distribution and despatch
• allocation of meeting rooms and their audio-visual equipment
• listing the needs in general supplies and ordering them
• upkeep of IT equipment for central services
• management of the car fleet
• upkeep and maintenance of central services premises, together with the Building Technical Department
