Presentation

The President’s Office is in charge of the daily management of the President, the General Secretary, the Deputy General Secretary and of the first Vice-President:

  • management of files,
  • management of schedules,
  • correspondence,
  • telephone reception and switchboard,
  • organisations of trips and meetings.


The President’s Office is the main interface between the University and the external partners:

  • relationships with authorities,
  • monitoring University internal and external events,
  • scheduling meetings.

It ensures permanent contacts with the vice-presidents and the mission representatives, the units and departments of the University.

The Office is also in charge of the organisation of:

  • the Administration Council: agenda, documents and minutes,
  • the meetings of Unit Directors,
  • the meetings of the Direction Bureau.
