The Projects Department supports all members of the university community (research units, components, departments and divisions, etc.) in the development and financing of their projects (research, training, etc.), particularly European ones. The three main missions of this unique point of contact for project leaders are:

• Helping project leaders target project funding by constantly monitoring programs and schemes, helping them put together administrative and financial packages (feasibility, budget and financial appendices, non-scientific parts, etc.) and coordinating project management with the Financial Affairs Department
• Raising awareness, training and mobilizing the university community around financing and the "project culture" through regular awareness-raising and information campaigns, dedicated training (particularly for PhD students), incentives and the development of international and collaborative initiatives.
• The development of the university's expertise, project-related activities and reputation through strategic orientations, strong involvement in national and international working groups (lobbying), a continuous improvement approach and an annual communication plan.

The Projects Department carries out its activities with the support of France 2030 as part of the DIVRESCA project, winner of the call "Accelerating the development strategies of higher education and research establishments" (ANR-22-ASDR-0014).
