Creation of an internal engineering school at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne: EiSINe

On 16 January 2019, URCA obtained certification by CTI (Engineering Accreditation Commission) of its new engineering school, EiSINE- industrial and digital sciences engineering school - and three new courses focused on the industry of the future.

The university's Board of Directors, who met on 12 March, unanimously voted to dissolve IFTS and create EiSINe.

EiSINe, a new URCA internal engineering school, borne out of the transformation of the Higher Technical Training Institute (IFTS), will offer balanced and adapted training in the field of industrial and digital transition.
This twin-site school, located in Charleville-Mézières and Reims, will offer two new apprenticeship engineering diplomas and in partnership with ITII Champagne-Ardenne from September 2019:

  • Specialism in Materials and Process Engineering;
  • Specialism in Electrical Engineering and Robotics.

The third specialism in Maintenance 4.0 will open in September 2020.
