URCA to Welcome 4 Recipients of the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship in 2025/2026

The University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA) will be pleased to welcome four new recipients of the prestigious France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program at the start of the 2025–2026 academic year.

This highly selective program, managed by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, awards excellence scholarships to the best international students supported by French institutions. For the 2025 call, 433 scholarships were awarded nationwide: 370 at the Master’s level and 63 at the Doctoral level.

The four selected recipients will join URCA in September 2025 to pursue Master’s and Doctoral studies in different fields:

• A student from Niger, currently residing in Tunisia, will join the Master’s program in Accounting – Control – Auditing.
• A student from the Democratic Republic of Congo will join the Master’s program in Public Business Law.

A Tunisian student will continue with the Master’s program in Economic Analysis and Policy, specializing in Statistics for Evaluation and Forecasting (SEP).

A Malagasy doctoral student will begin research in Biology–Health as part of a joint PhD program with the University of Antananarivo in Madagascar.
