Presentation
The president’s office is in charge of the daily management of the president, the general secretary, the deputy general secretary and of the first vice-president:
- management of files,
- management of schedules,
- correspondence,
- telephone reception and switchboard,
- organisations of trips and meetings.
The president’s office is the main interface between the university and the external partners:
- relationships with authorities,
- monitoring University internal and external events,
- scheduling meetings.
It ensures permanent contacts with the vice-presidents and the mission representatives, the units and departments of the university.
The office is also in charge of the organisation of:
- the administration council: agenda, documents and minutes,
- the meetings of unit directors,
- the meetings of the direction bureau.
