The success of our graduates’ careers is a reason for pride for the University which has succeeded in developing for over 20 years an original training programme whose contents endeavour to match the present and future needs of the employment market.

Our duty is to maintain this ad equation between high-level training and trades, but also to try to anticipate evolutions in expectations. This policy should therefore be supported by strong links with industrial entities.

ESIEC’S team of teachers, technical and administrative personnel is fully aware of this challenge. These close links are an essential contribution to the training of our future engineers:

• directly by integrating trainees iside companies and by putting forward practical projects,
• indirectly but vitally for the quality of the degrees, by paying the training tax.

Contributions from companies mean our engineers become rapidly operational; they also shape their personal profiles and lead their professional careers.

The identity of packaging sector still needs to be strengthened, training needs at different levels are continuously emerging, including through further training. We endeavour to meet these expectations.
