STEP 1
Paying the Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC) to CROUS is a mandatory step before you enrol at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne. Confirmation of payment of the CVEC will be requested when you visit the One Stop Shop.
As of 2 May, 2019, you can do this:
- By paying online by credit card by clicking on the following link: get my CVEC code;
- By cash payment at the counter of a French post office: after declaring online that you want to pay in cash, you must go to a post office with your nominal payment advice to be able to pay the CVEC. You will then receive an e-mail within 2 days inviting you to download your conformation that you have paid the CVEC.
STEP 2
At the One Stop Shop, an appointment will be given for your administrative enrolment with the department that accepted your application for the new academic year.
Please ensure you bring:
- the original copy of your acceptance letter,
- original copies of your qualifications and a translation of them,
- original copies of your grades and a translation of them,
- your passport,
- confirmation that you have paid the CVEC.
After checking these documents, you will receive an enrolment form.
STEP 3
You will need to go to the appointment arranged with the department's academic affairs service to complete your administrative enrolment.
Please ensure you bring:
- the completed enrolment form;
- the supporting documents requested;
- a method of payment to pay your tuition fees.
